New Evening Massage Classes on Offer

 

I am offering an evening #Massageclass for max. 2 people now. The Class will last for ca. 3,5 hours and starts at 6pm. The participation fee is 195,-€.

Knowledge and skills are something to share, so I am offering massage classes for people interested in giving massages.

 

Massage Introductory classes

 

You want to learn some basic massage techniques? Want to spoil your partner or friends after a hard day's work? This class includes an introduction to the theory behind massages and ca. 5h of practical massage lessons for the whole body (back, neck, shoulders, legs, arms), with a focus on the back & neck area. We will work in pairs, so please be prepared to massage and get massaged.

 

Duration: 7 hours (10am - ca. 5pm)

Cost: 195,-€ p.p.

Places: 8 - 10

Course programme:

 

Theory(30-45 min.):
- Welcome/Introduction
- How massages work and the history of massages
- The massage sequence
- Indications and Contra-indications

 

Practical Massage part:
- Basic Classical Back Massage
- Basic Classical Neck Massage

- Basic Classical Legs Massage

- Basic Classical Arms & hands Massage

- Basic Classical front Shoulders/neck Massage
- Additional grips

 

For the practical part , we will be working in pairs - each participant will get a  massage this way, afterwards his massage partner will benefit.
